Justice and Human Rights Case Studies from the Asia-Pacific

    This document attempts to draw together the lessons learned - both process lessons and substantive lessons - from various case studies in the Asia-Pacific. The case studies were based on projects and programmes supported by UNDP mostly within the last five years and all within the last ten years. These case studies provide useful recommendations that could assist practitioners in the design and implementation of future programmes on access to justice.
